Our Executive Director has been a staple in local volunteerism for over two decades, currently dedicating 40 hours a week to expanding youth mentorship in Lubbock TX. Save the Date: Annual Back-to-School Event
Our Annual Back-to-School Event is quickly approaching, and we are currently seeking donations and sponsors to help provide students with essential school supplies, resources, and support for a successful school year. We welcome community partners who would like to make a difference in the lives of local students.
Upcoming Community Project: Adopt-a-School
We are also launching our Adopt-a-School initiative. Through this project, our team will partner with local schools to host mentor lunch groups, provide positive engagement opportunities for students, and establish clothing stations to support families in need. Our goal is to ensure students have both the emotional support and essential resources needed to thrive academically and personally.
Youth Internship Program
We are proud to announce the launch of our new Youth Internship Program beginning June 22, 2026. This six-week paid internship opportunity is designed for youth who have dedicated their time volunteering with us throughout the year. The program provides hands-on work experience, leadership development, and career readiness skills that will help prepare them for future success.
